In this course, we will develop abilities and knowledge aimed to carry out metabolic network reconstructions of species and model them using strategies based on restrictions derived from physical laws and evolution, then, we will use different strategies to analyze and integrate omics results into these models to finally apply them in satisfying different industry needs including biofuels and organic acids production, finding therapeutics targets in pathogens and formulate bioproducts for the food industry
